LAPSO is your branded one-stop shop. It promotes the Official Search and includes all the ancilliary searches such as Coal, Flood and Environmental. Only your own Searches are
delivered to your Bluesoft Hub. All other searches are automatically routed to other Local Authorities or to the other report providers.
The Bluesoft Hub is your alternative to the MDA/NLIS Hub. Notification of orders for the Official Search is by email as well as through the Hub. Within the Hub, you can complete the LLC1, upload CON29 attachments, and then combine them into a single pdf before transmitting to the customer. Documents can also be scanned and uploaded.
As an extension to your website, LAPSO is externally hosted thus not requiring involvement from the ICT department. Branded with your logo and colours, LAPSO is easily identified as part of your powerful trusted Local Authority brand.
